Your role in helping your child discover their Motivational Spiritual Gift cannot be underestimated. Your child will notice if something is important to you. When you show interest, they will be interested. When they see you do ministry, they will want to do ministry with you. You are their primary role model, not the Pastor or their youth leader at church.
