The value of the prayers of a mother and father cannot be overstated. Saturate your child with your petitions of empowerment by the Holy Spirit. Pray that God uses them greatly. Pray that their eyes are opened to see the hand of God at work. Tell your child that he or she is in your most important prayers. Invite them to join you when you pray for them. Tell them you pray for them several times a day. Let them see you pray about the following:

Pray they fall in love with Jesus.
Pray that they will experience the hand of God on their life.
Pray that through these ministry experiences, they will discover their Motivational Spiritual Gift in their younger years.
Pray that you will be a great role model for them to learn about serving through their Motivational Spiritual Gift.
Pray for the church to provide vital opportunities for significant ministry.?

The Lord bless you in perhaps the most important gift you can give your child, that is, helping your child discover their Motivational Spiritual Gift. Please permit me to offer a prayer for you in this great task:
Lord, please empower this parent to help their child to discern their Motivational Spiritual Gift. Give them wisdom to guide and not coerce, grace to encourage and not hinder, and love that inspires their child to love you and want to serve you. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
