Make opportunities for your child to experience a variety of ministries. Help them see your Motivational Spiritual Gift a work in your ministry and in the family. Whatever you are doing with your gift in the church can be a starting point. If they have older brothers or sisters in ministry, let them tag along to experience how their gift is used in ministry. Ask if your child can join another adult in the church whose gift is evident and successful. Through a variety of numerous experiences, your child will gravitate toward one ministry where they seem to have some interest and aptitude. What you are looking for is evidence of a passion that lights up the child’s hopes and dreams. Through these numerous experiences the Spirit will make it evident what gift your child has been given.
