Regardless of their answers you want to be positive and affirming. When
they get excited about one or more parts of the ministry experience, get
excited with them. Reassure them that God was pleased with their service
and that God used them greatly. Comment regularly how you see God working
in their life. Do this often enough and they will grow in their world
view that God is present, guiding, and has a special purpose.
